How do I find out the date of an individual's bankruptcy ?
I cannot instigate a ccj search, or bankruptcy search,(only a solicitor can do this ?) myself. An obtained Directors report from Duport, does not show the person as bankrupt. Is it possible to get details of a DISCHARGED bankrupt ? WOULD a bankrupcy search show a person who HAS been discharged ? (surely anyone doing business with a discharged person, would want to know they have been made bankrupt in the past...?
thanks

I think the land registry can do bankruptcy searches for a small fee.0
