Sorry I am new to this and apologies if i have posted this in the wrong place.

I went bankcrupt on 19th Nov 08. And feel the pressure has now been lifted!

I am in talks with my new partner, about him moving into my home in the next few months and was wondering how this will effect my bankcruptcy??
(I know whatever happens I must notify the Official Receiver)
I have currently been notified by the Inland Revenue that I am not paying tax until April 09 but have heard nothing from the Official Receiver himself - is this normal??

Any advice would be most helpful!

There is a sub board at the top of the main DFW board, if you post there, you will get advice from fellow bankrupts (that looks wrong..sorry)
