I've just called the freephone number 0800 700192 to confirm my order, rep said there were no orders from me on the system so I made it there and then, bought ruler and pencils and both gift codes went through fine.

Got a massive box containing a 6" ruler and a lovely flask with two matching mugs. Good post mr_accountant thanks.

Said like others on this thread that if you order again within two weeks you get a free voice recorder but neither the code (and the revised code ) work. So tried for the luggage set and it accepted that one. So expecting an even bigger box this time!

  • just rang them the code was misprinted the real code is M74-69224 if you cant get it working just ring them quoting the code for a free voice recorder with fm radio. i ordered a diary costing 2.99 total cost 6 pound something good bargain for the 2 items well chuffed

i take it nobody wants a dictaphone????????
  • I am well pi*%ed off!!! I just received the ruler and pencil and no free gift!!!

I am going to give them a call...
  • My order arrived today......

ordered 12 pencils pack, small ruler, flask gift, bags gift

recieved 12 pencils pack, small ruler with a big chip out of it, some sort of toner cartridge in the catologue at £16, 2 sets of flasks, and 2 set of 3 canvas luggage bags.

This is totaly out of order, how dare they send me a faulty ruler I'll be on the phone asap for them to come and take it all back. :D

My advice is to call the freephone number I put in earlier post and get the Rep to do your order seems to work ;)

    Thanks again to the OP

got the leaflet for the voice recorder also got a leaflet for a free, stand alone cd player & scan radio (funky looking thing in a diamond form with a stand or can be fitted to the wall) for orders over £80 order number W74-69223

yes its a silver flask 1/2 litre capacity i think, with 2 cups, cups seem too big for the flask, flask not exactly big enough to be of use for a daytrip but as its called a commuter flask it does exactly what it says on the tin.

Bags are 3 of canvas bags 1 large one with double padlockable zips stitching seems fine big enough for a weekender bag. 2nd bag a little smaller seems to be designed for suits or similar. 3rd bag is a handy little camera case style bag but bigger.

All in all not something I would want to go out and buy but if your lucky enough to get the two items then its a great bargain especially imho the bags as they are more practical but if you just want a hot cuppa on the way to work or wherever then the flask set is a good option with its own canvas bag (very similar in material and style to the bag set) to fit flask and cups.
