Hi all,
I have had a mortgage agreed in principal through the Post Office.
I recently received my credit reference file which stated that I have a default on my account.
I was unaware that I have a default but I do remember the situation and have provided full details on my full mortgage application form.
The account has been settled in full for almost 3 years.
Is this likely to stop me from getting a mortgage?

Just had a phone call to say I was approved, they said the credit scoring wasn't an issue andif it was I wouldn't have got an agreement in principal.
The application was referred because I changed the purchase price.June 2016 - Pair of Brooks Glycerin 14's
