Hi Guys,

I unfortunately have a secured loan with BH
I have been one month behind with payments for 6 months and every month they send me a letter telling me they have charged me £30 for a "collection activity fee"

Is this legal and can I reclaim these fees?

You need to read your terms and conditions to see what they stated they would charge in such circumstance. If it is in their T&Cs then they can rightfully do it..................Providing there agreement stands up to the CCA regs
