CAN ANYONE HELP,
Last year my partner challenged the d.c.a. that was collecting on a debt that was unenforceble under the limitations and precriptions act and also the company could not produce the original agreement, after she challenged them we heard nothing more until now, the debt has been sold to another d.c.a. is there any thing that can be done to stop this or do we just need to repeat the process.
any advice would be much appreciated
