I went to the one at Touchwood in Solihull on saturday and there was nothing going on. There was one woman working at the counter and she didn't seem at all interested in helping me with anything.
I asked, and was told that they'd had a few samples for 5 days earlier in the month, and had to send the rest back after that! Not at all worth the 2 bus trips I had made to get there.

I asked the SA in Touchwood John Lewis too- same answer to me. In fact she was so full of "I wouldnt help you anyway" kind of attitude that I almost thought of complaining- although that would have been too cheeky when I was asking for a freebie!
There is a Liz Earle outlet store on ebay- generally a little cheaper than her website (packaging not acceptable for retail but is saves landfill according to the store info). Worth looking at if you regularly buy Liz Earle
    lovin' this site!

My daughter is a Liz Earle addict.
She also complains about the cost of getting the products from QVC but she does this :

Every time Liz Earle does a big product push on QVC, within a few weeks, exactly the same products flood onto Ebay at a fraction of the cost. She believes that either QVC or Liz Earle just clear any surplus stock left over from the TV push by selling them on Ebay anonymously.

She never buys them directly or from QVC - just waits for the same items to come round on Ebay.

My wife has been to LE's headquarters and shop on the Isle of Wight. She said it was surprisingly small - in fact she nearly walked past it without seeing it.
