Got a letter today from SECHIARI,CLARK & MITCHELL solicitors because of my Lloyds CC i have been told it is from lloyds and not to worry but i am worried on what the next step will be by Lloyds .
I rang the number on the letter the lady was actually very nice she said if i cant increase my payments which i cant she will refer my account to another department .No idea exactly what this means she said to ignore all letters and i should get a letter from this other department in about 2 weeks .
What does all this mean what are lloyds likely to do now its been passed on ?
I have not asked for my CCA from lloyds as i didnt want to rock the boat but im am not sure whether i should do now what do you think ?

Sechiari, Clark & Mitchell ARE Lloyds-TSB.They bought the solicitorsname some time ago and are "based" in their Brighton offices.
Are you on a dmp or unable to meet your minimum monthly payments? You cannot pay what you cannot afford and cannot treat any one creditor differently to another.
You could sit and wait as advised and then decide what to do. You could request your CCA after all it is your legal right to do so. They have worried/upset you when you are trying to deal with the matter so why worry about upsetting them?0 -

Not sure. I have had no problems with Lloyds in relation to a credit card debt but they have been hopeless with a personal loan debt i.e. ignoring (recorded delivery) correspondence, denying receiving payments etc
They have threatened legal action several times and each time I have said go ahead and I will defend and produce proof of payment, proof of correspondence etc 2 years down the line no legal action has been taken.
I have been through their complaints procedure and to the Ombudsman with the result I was awarded compensation on two seperate occaisons but they still ignore my correspondence and they wrote to me last year declining to enter into any more correspondence on the matter as I had accepted compensation.
Their Brighton offices are chaotic and they seem to have no systems for tracking anything!0
