re - homepagesfriends / missing payments

hi,

I havent been paid by homepagesfriends since last may and posted a comment stating this (and a few choice comments about them) on the money magpie site (the one that has given homepagesfriends an award).

moneymagpie have now contacted me and are chasing up the payments i am missing from homepagesfriends.....

Not sure if this will lead to any payments being actually made.... but it may well be worth anyone else owed money to contact moneymagpie too?

best of luck (and will post if do get paid)

I had my first payment from them without any problems, but did not recieve my last one. I emailed them twice and was told someone was looking into it but I havent heard anything in the past 3 months....so i've given up hope on it to be honest.
  • I have had the same problems, never had a payment at all and have over £50 in my account! I got very annoyed when they had the cheek to send me another email saying they had disallowed some of my searches, as they were against their terms with yahoo. I replied, asking how they could possibly accuse me of fraudulent activity when they hadn't paid me anything at all?!

If I was going to risk fraud you would think I would make sure it made me some money! :rotfl:

After arguing with them for several emails, they just kept saying the same carp about not disclosing the terms they have with yahoo, which I hadn't asked about anyway. They stopped replying. I still have no money.

Thanks for the idea abot moneymagpie, that is where I initially heard of them, got to be worth a shot!

Re-bumping this thread up as I've now not been paid, I wasn't expecting a lot. Tried to email the address on the website and it just bounces back as a delivery failure notification.
