WELSH-DRAGON wrote:Freebie_junkie can I just say a huge thank you to you. Monday I am off to Boots to get my clinique freebie, visit lush, the bodyshop, get my parenting freebies, hopefully a Avene bag (although none mentioned in Cardiff so far) and return to the office to host my cafe direct event and convert everyone to try their products.
Keep up the posts - you are a star - welsh-dragon xxx

to whoever (ages ago in the thread.. some time this morning!) asked how my make over went with LANCOME... it was great thanks:T !! have recently turned from a blonde into a redhead.. and i mean RED!! wasnt sure what colours to wear as all my usual ones clashed with the new hair! so they advised me on colours etc and did all my make up for free.. it was lovley and relaxing though my OH did say "very nice darling.. though Iv seen your make up look nicer when you do it yourself!!"
sure there was a compliment in there somewhere! lol .. he will be sorry when I make him pregnant! lol

Talking of which, I've added several bits to the FAQ in Post 2 today. Could the Parenting Club members have a quick look to make sure the info is correct. Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
Also anyone using the FAQ to find out all about being in the club, could they let me know if I've forgotten anything.
I`d also like to include exactly what comes in the Huggies Starter Kit (free with nappies - is this via a voucher or automatic at the till?).
Also, what does the Avent Welcome pack contain?
Many thanks

the avent pack contains
one bottle with a sealing lid (no teat)
one avent via cup (a food weaning cup)
one weaning spoon
a soother
various coupons:A Boots Tart :A0 -
bham-dave wrote:Hi willburpig - did you have a receipt? If you didn't, the "no vouchers or gift cards" policy seems to be standard.
If you did have a receipt, and had just "changed your mind", they should've given you either a refund, exchange, or giftcard according to their own policy.
No receipt, but the item was bought in the sale and it came up on the till as the full price - I wrestled with my conscience for a few seconds before biting my lip and saying nothing, honestly!! :rolleyes:0 -
