Is it worth contacting Boots about this or not? If so could some kindly person let me know the email addy?

I dunno if it's worth contacting boots yet as they haven't replied to my e-mail. Although some people on this thread mention favourable outcomes.

I e-mailed btc.cshelpdesk@boots.co.uk which gives an automated response, your e-mail is valuable to us etc.

I am guessing if you say the sales assistant failed to scan it they will add the points to your card. But if you say you didn't realise there was a voucher on the AC machine to print out, then they might not do anything.

Boots trip went well today, bought reduced mini mode top and trousers, and box of reduced nicorette, £10.50 so got No7 voucher.

Then No7 summer organiser and eye make up remover, got lilac bag - woo hoo! paid with voucher and £10.99, got another No7 voucher.

Then got Pre hol bag £5.50 BOGOF with voucher and 50p.

Also been reading the posts about giving up smoking, and been thinking about it for a while, so you boots tarts have helped me save money and decide it's time to quit! Tomorrow's no smoking day too and feeling ready!

Good on yah, it's me who has cut down with a view to stopping, I knew my smoking was getting bad when I reached for a ciggy and couldn't remember if I had just had one, I was trying to taste in my mouth if I could taste a recent fag!!

My top tip for starters would be to wrrite down all the cigs you have, you may be surprised at how many you actually smoke, Also they say you have a better chance of quitting when you have researched it. Try This stop smoking website for helpul info

For anyone quitting smoking.. get the sun tomorrow they are giving away copies of Allen Carrs book (worth £8.99). I'm assuming it will be a voucher to collect the book from a store. and just to bring it back on topic again.. I shall get a copy when I go out to BOOTS!! ;)

Could'nt remember after reading so many posts who it was! Hope you're doing ok with it dragonfly. And I will definately get the sun tomorrow for the book - I've heard it's really good. Back to Boots - no SC masks at Team Valley or Metro Centre today so looks like they're not being put out round here - PAH!
  • Good news for Boots lovers and those who are goiving up smoking...I was speaking to a wonderful SA at the clinique counter (who gave me 2 great free samples today), she told me that Boots was doing some of their own nicorette patches for just £1 tomorro as it is Non Smoking day.....( I dont smoke but thought I would share the info)... That was at the warrington store nr Ikea but I would imagine its worth a trip to your local store to see if they are doing it there...

Any way I'm new to this Bootsing lark but think I have had a fabbo day..

    spent £45.07
    got £45 back in points
    got 3 lilac bags
    total came to over £200
