I was in my local B&Q today. My goods rang up to about £51. The lady at the till deducted 10%, so I only paid £46, and she presented me with a card that says I will get 10% off everything for the next 2 weeks. There are some exclusions, like gift vouchers and not to be used in conjunction with other vouchers or discount cards. <p>
It specifically says it is valid from now until Monday 30th March, and can be used multiple times.

I received a B&Q birthday card yesterday, having spent £50. I tried to use it today after reading the terms and conditions, on the back of the card, which stipulate the offer is valid on purchases made between Friday 13th March and Monday 30th March 2009. I was however told the use of the card is only valid from the 17th of March. No where am I able to find anything that indicates this is the case. I think this is a case of misleading advertising.
