What can I do with unwanted Apple juice?

I've acquired a carton of ASDA Smartprice Apple juice but no-one in the house particularly likes it.
Now, one for hating waste does anyone have any suggestions what I could do with it, if anything?
TIA

you can use it to give you the "juice" in a fruit salad. Not really the right time of year for moneysaving on fruit though - I'd hate you to go out and spend on ingredients for a fruit salad just so you can pour the apple juice over!!!!

If you make your own apple crumble then I would suggest freezing the juice for now, into portions. When I do apple or fruit crumble I use the liquid from tinned fruit (it all gets decanted and frozen for later use). I put my stewed/fresh fruit into the crumble dish then make thickened sauce type thing with the fruit juice and some cornflour/spices etc. Pour this on top of fruit and mix through, not too juicy, and put crumble on top -DELISH!
OR.......................
You could freeze it in ice cube trays, then bag up once frozen and use as ice cubes in cold drinks come summer time.WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbsWeight today = 17st 6.5lbsLoss to date 32.5lbs!!!0 -

Add chopped or pureed fruit eg. tinned peaches and freeze as ice lollies - not really the right weather though!
Or make jelly with it.1 sachet of gelatine sets 1 pint of liquid.I'd add some stewed apple to make a yummy apple jelly.0 -
You could use some of it in the slow cooker with pork chops.

Also, you can soak some oats in it overnight and it is quite nice for brekkie!"It's not easy being me...!" :wave:0

I didn't even think for a minute I could freeze it. Thank you very much. I think that's what I'll do for now.

why not buy a brand everyone likes then when no one is around mix the cheap one with the dearer one and dont tell anyone,I do it all the time ,no one has noticed,I put cheap tom sauce in the heinz bottle, mix cheaper coffee with nescafe, most people taste with their eyes, they see the nice package and like the contents, they see cheap packaging and dont think the product will taste nice.0
