    what can i do to calm my cat and get her out of the distress of being in heat for the first time? (no rude suggestions pls)

    that is so true, I also bid on baby fish food, which turned out to be crushed flakes er I could have done that myself :o :rotfl:

    and I won the ear rings. a tank thermometer, glow in the dark shells (DO NOT ask!)

    You can get a spray from the vets that calms them down, feliway its called I think. Are you getting her "done" once she has had her heat?
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
