    yep the knees/legs :( I always used to get like growing pains (funny considering how short I am) if i did any kind of walking. Think its because I have walked miles today.

    I thinkyou all have to do a challenge that takes you out of your comfort zones. The 5 sisters of Kintail in one day on the Isle of Skye would be good for instance ??
