I do roughly 4 ounces of butter, 4 ounces sugar, 6 ounces of flour, I'm gutted now I'm not having it, although I do have some bananas and the banana, date and mincemeat crumble I made last week was lush.........hmm....think I might do that instead......"Stay Wonky":D
