Wedding hat re-vamp

I have a hat that I used for my brothers wedding last year that is cream straw that I would like to utilise again this year for my brother in laws wedding.

They have a black and white theme, so I'm wearing cream skirt and black and cream chiffon top, but I'd like to add black accessories to the hat.

I quite like the fascinators (hope this link works)

(my new word for the day, didn't know they were called that) that you can buy, but at £15 + for a couple of feathers and straw pointy arrows, think they are a bit out of my price range and probably a bit big.

Does anyone know of any good websites where you can buy the coque feathers and the point straw type accessories as I'm quite good at craft type things and want to have a go myself.
