Little help please?!!!

hi everyone.. just wanted to ask a quick question i have been told by kind people on this site not to give creditors a copy of my signiture.. yet i dont know how to send token payments to creditors do i use cheque? how would i do this...

please answer asap thanks for your help people!!!

    Its like a cheque that you get from the post office, you tell them the amount, you can write your own payee if you like and pay a charge,(which is quite steep IMO) I sent these for a few months till I got my DMP with cccs sorted. I just felt better knowing that my creditors didn't have my bank details etc.

    some building societies may do you a cheque from your account at no extra charge.

    I would guess most people pay token offers by standing order (not direct debit). I know that gives them bank details but there's not a lot they can do with them.

    The concern with giving creditors a copy of your signature is when requesting a CCA. It has been known for creditors to mock up a CCA using the signature you have just provided.
