I recently purchased a Samsung fridge freezer from them. We had conducted a very thorough search to make sure that we got the fridge for the best price and qed won.
Ordered and paid qed and was told that the manufacturers would be in touch regarding delivery direct from them. Samsung got in touch a few days later and the fridge was delivered when on the day to suit us. The delivery men phoned us when they were thirty minutes away to let us know. They brought the fridge freezer into the kitchen and were extremely pleasant. A follow up phone call from the delivery company was made just to check that we were happy with the service.
I would purchase from them again.

Hi I ordered my fandabbydozy Miele Vaccum Cleaner from them a couple of weeks ago. I ordered it at 5.00pm on Wednesday and it was with us at 8.45am on Friday morning. Great service, cant fault them, it was delivered when they said it would be, it was free P&P and you could choose your delivery slot which i found to be really convenient. hope this helps!

Qed are ok, but..
If you live in the North East of England or in Scotland and you want something large delivered you may have to wait. It took two weeks from ordering to delivery of my dishwasher last month.

I've often looked at them, but they are always too expensive (even after allowing for a discount I'm entitled to with them).

A quick check on price comparison sites like pricerunner.co.uk or kelkoo.co.uk always gave me significant savings.

But other than their high prices, I know people have used them without complaint.

i ordered a washer dryer and when the men came to deliver, it was a wide screen tv. but it didn't do fast spin, so no good.

they took it away and could not deliver the goods we ordered. ended up ordering from b&q. got a full refund no problem, tho.

We got a Bosch hob off QED about 6 years ago and it was delivered next day without any problems.

One difference now is that the price they display doesn't include delivery.
