Hi guys, I wonder if you can help me?
My repossession hearing on the house was on the 26th Feb, which I didn't attend. I've yet to hear the outcome of it and when I'm being repossessed. Is it normal to take this long?
Thanks in advance.
Richard.

Hi Rich,
If you didn't attend there's more than a good chance that the hearing was postponed to give you the opportunity to state your case. You will hear what the outcome was but they don't move very quickly.

I'm hoping they repossess soon, I want to get my br sorted soon so I can get back to some normality and stop all the worrying :-( Do you think it's worth calling the solicitors to find out what's happening?0

There will be a Clerk who will be able to give you the outcome. Give the Court a ring.
In Magistrates Court, it is the Clerk to the Justices. It will be something similar for County Court. Ask the receptionist maybe.
I am going to mine - 24th March.BSC No 248

Hi Guys,
Well I've had the letter from the court saying that I have to give the claimant possession of the property on the 26th March.
But it also says I have to pay the claimant £xxx, xxx.xx for outstanding mortgage debt before the 26th March (which I obviously can't do).
I'm now going to go br so will this money be included in that?
Thanks,
Richard.0 -
