Glowing Skin Tips.....

.....I'm looking for them!!

I have almost 12 weeks to go 'til the day and I'm extremely interested in knowing what people's tips are for radiant skin (yes, I know most of us will be plastering it in makeup  but I'd like to have a good base to start from!).

So, what are your tips? Aside from the usual "2 litres of water a day, fresh fruit and veg yadayadayada"...... :D

    A couple of top tips...

basic stuff, cleanse, tone, moisturise... er, no...

Look out for the Garnier 2 in one , or 3 in one products, depending on your skin type. I use the 2 in one, its a face mask and daily face wash in one go (using on face, neck, shoulders etc daily and twice a week as a masque - its working well). the 3 in one has the above and a bit of a facial scrub - okay of skin is more oily! Once done, basic moisturiser and you are will have a good result in around a week. This stuff is around £4.50 in tesco / sainsburys.

the other thing I would recommend is using mineral based make-up, such as bare minerals, laura geller, or similar. try qvcuk.com for details - you can try the make up and return if it isnt for you!

As a final compromise, have fun and find a photographer who is a dab hand at airbrushing, How do you think Cheryl Cole looks so good...

I find that a facial is the best thing for getting rid of old dry skin. Either that or exfoliation!!

A good facial inc exfoliation. Drinking plenty of water and eating a balanced diet. Not smoking (I don't anyway) and avoiding excess alcohol all helps.
