I posted a couple of weeks ago about my kenwood Patissier mixer having broken and even though it can be repaired it will still work out as expensive as getting a new one so I am on the hunt for a replacement. I was in Aldi the other week and noticed that they had some Kenwood Chef type mixers with the same sort of attachments and K Beater, whisk and dough hook. They were £89.99. Today I went in to Aldi and they still had loads of them and they were reduced to £70. I know from experience that they will be reduced even more in the coming days or weeks if they don't sell. I wondered if anyone on here had one of these mixers and if they were any good? If and when they are reduced further for clearance I may be tempted to get one, but I don't want it to be a false economy IYKWIM.
