i dont believe its the real bernadette hurst, i mean, she wouldnt exactly be allowed to use this site, i live in a hostel and this site is banned here So its obviously going to be banned in prison! And i didnt think you could actually use the internet in prison! I know a few people who have been and are now out and they never got to use the internet so its obviously someone doing a hoax. Your not part of the people who keep posting about google are you :rotfl:

Not that it any of your business but I plead not guilty for 2 years, then on the last day , when the trial was going to be heard the prosecution did a deal , they said they would give me my house and money and car back and drop the charges against my aunt if I plead guilty , so I thought about it and thought that there may be people like you on the jury and so I did it , for a few reasons , firstly , my aunt did nothing wrong so how could i let that happen, how could i let her go to prison on forged evidence by a woman at magic FM ( and i do have proof and i am taking legal action against her) and if a jury decided to find me guilty my children would not have a home . SO WHAT CHOICE DID I HAVE . Just for a moment put yourself in my position.
At least if i plead guilty i can clear my name once the action against the police and radio station is proven , but my children and family would have the house and the money and the car back. JUst think about the guy who has just been released after 27 yrs , he plead guilty too. he had no choice.
And ask yourself this , why has the DC who arrested me lost his job 2 weeks before my trial. You see its like i said , it is not all black and white.

And the money they gave me back was my own money from my business not prize money before you ask , otherwise i would not have got it back would I.
