Tip out the dough onto worksurface with a light dusting of flour.
I usually put a bit of flour on my hands and break dough up into 6 or 12 equal blobs depending on how many and how big I want.
Roll each blob in palm of hand until a ball.
Put on baking tray and push down with palm of hand.
Leave to rise for 30 mins or so
Bake in oven until they sound hollow when you tap the bottom0 -
What I do is to get the dough out of the BM, divide it up into roll-sized pieces (mine does 8 rolls), shape them into a flattish circle, put onto baking sheets in the airing cupboard for an hour, covered with a clean tea cloth, and then bake.
