Posture Corrector thingy!

Hello, i am also looking for a cost effective back support/brace to help me improve my posture. If anyone has any further advice on where to look or specific products which they have used and has some improvements from please let me know. I disagree that these products are a waste of time/money (see below).
I know one of the responses above says they are a waste of time but i worked in a company where the resident physio therapist said i had bad posture and then used some medical bandages (she stuck them on my back in a way that straightened it) to temporarily (for 2 days) illustrate to me the difference between my current posture and a good posture. The bandages were arranged in a similar way to some of the removable braces ive seen when trawling the web. Anyway after the 2 days when i removed them i did feel a difference in posture but over time i went back to my normal bad posture. Obviously everyones different and some GP advice is sensible but i dont agree these products are all rubbish hence any more help from anyone would be welcome.thanks
