My apologies, DT. I'd completely misread the figures.
With regard to the income and expenditure section of the bankruptcy petition, you will each have to put down the total figure spent on, say, groceries, tv licence etc, and will have to put down the other's contribution to these expenses. It does all start to get a bit complicated with couples, as most people have a kind of trade off with one person covering rent, the other covering car and groceries etc. But it's best to do it by the book when filling out the forms. How you arrange things privately is up to you.0
