Cheap hair/make-up and nails - South Devon

Im looking for someone to do mine and my bridesmaids' hair ( updo), make-up and nail extensions in the south Devon area ( Torquay, paignton, Brixham, Newton Abbot areas)

I am on a budget and was looking to spend no more than £100 for BOTH of us for the 'work'

I have tried my local college ( which i would be more than happy with!) but they are only open during term times... the wedding is Aug 22nd

We would both be happy with a 'student' or even someone who does this sort of thing as a hobby. We are also happy to travel or have a 'mobile' person to us

Does anyone have any recommendations???

I got married in October and went to Jodes in Torquay. They were absolutely brilliant and I couldn't recommend them enough.

They are a bit more than you want to spend. I blew the budget a bit too, but was so glad I spent the money - I felt a million dollars.

I paid £180 for the bridal package, which included make-up trial, hair trial, spray tan, eyebrow tint, eyebrow shape, eyelash tint, nails, wedding hair and wedding make-up.

My bridesmaid just had hair, make-up and nails done and I think hers was about £50 (no trials though).

Hope you find someone you're happy with.

theres a website called student gems, people who want students to work for them advertise there and thats quite good. otherwise you could put an advertisement up at the local college as some student will still live in the same area and will be desperate for summer work.
