iam not behind in payments but am struggling with credit cards and a store card aswell, have cut them all up now but can only afford minimum payments and getting no were0

CC and Store Cards are the same as the loan. If they are pre april 07, then there is a chance of success.
CHeck out that site, they audit agreements for free and tell you if you have a case or not to pursue.0
