    You will have to wait 12 months to get your answer.
  • Impossible to predict without knowing a lot about that area. But a 2 bed terrace, 300 yards from the M1 for £250k is cringe worthy.

    and they are priced at 10 times average UK salaries........

    No wonder we're going through a period of asset revaluation.

    I suggest that you move to Inverness.

    You would get three of those for £250K up here!

    Or alternatively one, nice, house for £150K...

    Interesting. Do you really think houses like this in very good areas like Mill Hill will come down to about 3 or 4x average wage?

    I can see them falling another 100K by the end of next year tops as the OP said.

    But by then you could get a really nice house in N,London for about 150K.
