I'm heading to Nice in the summer for a few days and would love to get myself a pair of comfortable but stylish sandals. I have wide feet and they'll need to be able to be walked in quite a bit.
I'm probably looking for comfort as my number one priority as I suffer from foot pain.
Can anyone please help - please don't say crocs as although I love them I don't think they're stylish!

Clarks is the place for comfy sandals. And they have really improved their designs over the past couple of years... they'll probably last you a couple of summers too! Alternatively Hush Puppies have also improved their designs and are really comfy!****************************************Money saving is addictive... get help and join MSE!0

My vote goes to Birkenstocks. I have 4 pairs now and I can't wait for it to be warm enough to wear them outside again. You can get some really pretty designs and loads of colours. Amazon, QVC and the Birkenstock website all sell them. Cost from £15+ on Amazon, but most of mine have been between £20-£35. Break them in before your holiday though.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

Thanks to all the girls in the Cross Stitch Cafe! You're all fantastic! :A0 -
I always go for the teva brand ones, they seem expensive, but are ridiculously comfy and last years with heavy wear.I will always have at least one pair of tevas!
Alternatively M&M direct generally have some bargain footwear.0 -
My new favorites are Birkenstocks, particularly the Betula range-V comfy!
Also Flyflots are pretty good if you want instant cushioning comfort that doesn't require 'wearing in'.
Good prices on both at TK Maxx on the high street & on Amazon for online shopping.

I couldn't wait all that time without wearing Birkenstocks on my feet so I bought the Dorian clogs last autumn & a pair of Footprint boots in December!

Other good ones to try for colder weather-Boston & Maria clogs. The Maria's look like Mary Janes.:D0 -
