Hi,
Im currently renting a placem but would love to buy a house. I have my eye on a terrace for £108k. Ive been told that 95% mortgages no longer exist.. and 90% LTV are, but have high rates and app fees..
Would i be expected to raise 15 / 20% deposit to have a reasonable rate?
Thats 15 - 20k!

Yeah, and even then you wouldn't get the best rates - you'd need 25% or 40% for them I'm afraid.0
