nuisance calls - collect direct uk

Can anyone advise me - have you had any dealings with collect direct uk so far i have had about 9 calls today which i havent answered as it just says call on my mobile. Does anyone have any suggestions (i could think of a few) as i want to answer it but dont know how to deal with them
