CCA requests - how do I pay £1

Hello

I have received a CCA template from CCCS, and it references inclusion of a £1 fee. I do not have a cheque book, and therefore can only think to pay via a Postal Order

Ignoring the fact this is expensive, is there an issue that I wont be able to prove the creditor have received and accepted payment, if downstream I reference the fact they diudnt provide within 12 working days?

Thanks

  • thanks, was going to send recorded delivery, but why am I not signing the letter?

to be honest I am only sending these after speaking to CCCS about inability to get clarity on total balance / interest from RBS and Lloyds - who's admin is well funny I guess is the word. CCCS said send these and then when a reply is sent write back asking all interest and charges since I took out DMP are refunded......

    hi

you dont sign cause some DCA's have been
known to be sneaky and copy your signature
there are a couple of threads about it on here

cant help you with refunds, someone with more knowledge will
    be along soon
