    Yorkshires only decent fixed mortgage rate is for new customers only, they could not care less about their current members.:confused:

    In my area we are back to early 2004 prices (well the houses that have sold are!). The houses on the market (and have been for over 6 months) are on at about 10% off peak 2007 prices!!!
