    to be fair the full quote is that you are charged if you do not fill out the royal mail claim form within the required time limit which would men they would loose out.

    No, I spoke to them on the phone
    You get charged whatever, form or no form and no refund later on even if they are compensated by royal mail.
    I had a long discussion with them on the phone
