This company is good for formal wear- if they don't do them maybe they can suggest someone who does.

    Hi bluezone
Just looked at Formal Tailor, their prices seem very reasonable. Were you pleased with the quality? My OH likes waistcoats so might buy one from here with shirt and cravat.
    cheers

Yes I was pleased with them. They sell on ebay but I couldnt find the exact size I wanted so I phoned them up and the nice man said I could order straight from the website for more choice. He also said that if any of them do not fit he will exchange them for another size. They worked out to be slightly cheaper than hire-ing them. I liked the fact that they did childrens to match the mens.

    I hope this helps xx

i used this seller for my waistecoats in december ,I needed to change the sizes so sent them back (no problems)After stressing the wedding date nothing was sent back to me.I then had to go out and buy 3 new waistecoats for the big day! After several e mails i still am out of pocket and fed up!
Now its mid march and ive heard nothing from my constant e-mails apart from they say they could be lost so ive to take it up with the royal mail.
    very dissapointing !

I am always cautious when I am unable to speak to "the seller" in person. Much like the lightinthebox people. Many of these e bay sellers don't provide telephone numbers. I had problems with a fabric supplier I thought about using. Never again. I stick to the ones I know are reliable. There is nothing wrong with trying to save money but there are several ways to do so.
    1. Hire.
    2. Buy.
    3. Made to measure.

This is your big day and everything has to be perfect.

If you paid via paypal contact them. They have means to refund. If the seller is telling you the items are lost it is THEM who take it up with royal mail as they should have proof of postage which the insurance should cover. If you have proof of postage for the original return then you can claim from Royal mail and should get the money back that way.
