    You dont need anything when you pick them up, just know your name. But be prepared for a picture, i certainly wasn't photo ready when I turned up. Did my very best though. :o

    You have to go to your nearest dealer.Mine was Exeter so Dad took me as I won one not long ago from the same competition.
