If the strategy is bankruptcy x 2, and that was the impression I got from your posts on the bankruptcy board, then you need to be saving the £345 x 2, assuming you get remission from the court fees.

In that case there's no point paying the creditors £5 and you must ignore advice to 'clear this or that debt'. All creditors must be treated equally.

    I do get c.a. which I have included.C.B I forgot to add.
I do get dla for son but told not to add by ccccs.
I don't know much about CCCS but in terms of us looking at your soa. We would need to see all incoming and all outgoings. It could mean the difference between you still having a deficit or the possibility of a surplus amount each month.
Food bill reduced this week to 50 as stocked up.
My food bill is high too as ds in pull ups and washing bed clothes everyday.
Well done on the reduced shopping bill this week. Keep to a strict budget for the rest of the month and you will be able to save the difference to cover car costs etc. Or you can pay your council tax arrears with it.
Do you have a cash and carry near you that you could join and see if you can get the pull ups cheaper.
  • Bumping up my thread as lost my soa. My dh wants to go br but Im not sure.He puts me in a difficult position as we have two joint loans, they were not originally joint though.
I only have about 500 pounds of debt.
I am managing everything as he cant get stressed.I really appreciate your advice.
  • I'd definitely stop the sky at £50 per month - just have the free channels. That's £600 a year!
  • Im sorting out shopping and sky. Paying everyone 1.00 wether they like it or not.
I dont see how we can pay off this debt if dh doesnt go br as the only improvement we have is july when I stop paying nursery fees, then we will be about 100 better off every month.

    Thanks for your help guys.
