Violet Baudelaire costume

Hi! My 10-year-old wants to go to a party as Violet Baudelaire (from Lemony Snickert's Series of Unfortunate Events).

I can get black fishnet armsocks from Claire's accessories, but can anyone suggest where I might get a dark dress with puff sleeves (or a top & skirt)?
