    Hello Bookie
    How are you today ?

    I'm ok. Cooking sausage rolls.
  • Just a quick hello to say I just did a late night run/walk. 3.7k in 40 mins. Lol!
I've done just under 10k in 3 days...and Spud-I don't run the whole way at all. But I run further than I have ever run before so it's all a bonus. I think I need to get a bit more serious about training distance as will be like one of those people on GMTV finishing the RunForAll 3 days later....

Ooo sausage rolls, don't normally like anything pastry but do like hot sausage rolls, bit bad for the waistline especially where I worked a few years back & we always did a morning run to the bakers oven.
Cooking them for any particular reason / occassion ?
How's it been in the shop so far this week ?

    Beats running!
Presentation evening for the guides tomorrow night - need to iron the posh uniform!
  • Inky,
I have spent nearly 40 years being 'lethargic'.
I finally figured that if I want to eat the food I like, and want, I have to move more. So I am, and I like it. That's all there is to it!

Anything beats running Bookie (sorry all you dedicated running bods) but I just can't do run, I try & walk regularly (1 1/2 to 2 1/2 miles), over & above normal everyday wandering around,

No Buffy tonight ? Do you think she's laying down a few ground rules for the snails ? Or preparing for their arrival :rotfl:

    Good for you Bun
Must admit, although I sometimes have to force myself to go out for a walk, I do always feel better for it, plus it's not that busy a place to go & walk, so sometimes (out of season) I have the beach to myself
