tracker mortgage and loan

Morning all,
I have a mortgage with Barclay and also a home owners loan.These are both on a tracker.My mortgage has come down but my loan payments have stayed the same is this correct.My mortgage is intrest only (only one wage coming in now) iam currently paying £200 a month less than since the rates have come down.Any ideas what i could do ,i do have a overdraft (£2000) which is costing me £24 a month .tsb. Thanks in advance
