First of all - congratulations on your upcoming blessing.
Personally, I would not ask for gifts. If people want to buy a gift, then fair enough, but if you have been married for 10 years already, regardless of the reasons for the quick wedding, I'm with you that you shouldn't ask for them now.Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. Depends how much you want the gifts ! As a compromise just don't specifically ask for gifts - you'll probably get them anyway (even without a gift list) and if anyone asks if they need to give a gift tell them it's not expected but perhaps hint that you didn't get any when you got married so would be nice to get a few...if you've a new house it's nice to get loads of gifts etc, but having been married for 10 yrs don't you already have most things you need anyway?0
