outfit for interview

Hiya I have an interview on tuesday and its for a senior sales manager role. Whats peoples opinion on dress code- I have a black pin strippe very smart trouser suit- now is it okay to wear a simple coloured v neck top underneath or wwould you go for a shirt every time??
Female by the way!!
All advice appreciated and i dont plan to take off my jacket

    I work in a high street chain and all lady managers seem to wear the round neck/v.neck.

    I would recommend a shirt for the interview - and then if you get the job you can go to a v-neck if thats what the dress code is at the company
