Pulled out of house purchase.

Have pulled out of purchase as a result of construction issues. Our broker says our offer with Abbey is valid for 30 days. It's really unlikely we'll find something we want in the next 30 days and don't feel i want to rush at this point.
So will it be hard for us to apply for another mortgage in the next few months? It isn't as if we were rejected, all finances were in place and approved. We have pulled out just before the valuation so haven't wasted any more money hopefully!

Unless something really drastic happens you should be fine. You may have to start from scratch but if they will lend to you now then I think you will be fine."Banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies." Thomas Jefferson
