Looking around for a 90% LTV for a residential and the best rate found so far is with postoffice : 3 year fixed at 6.02%.
- Has anyone has been able to get a better one recently ?
- Does anyone know of a better rate (Don't mind if through brokers) ?
Very grateful for your advice
Thank you

I think the Post Office are offering the best deals at the moment.
I have just taken a 5 year fix at 6.01% through them.
I tried many a website and could not find better, never tried a broker though...June 2016 - Pair of Brooks Glycerin 14's
