Any good deals to be had on Dysons at the moment?

Ours has just gone pop. We've had our moneys worth out of it though - it's a DC02 which is about 7-8 years old!

Are there any good deals to be had on cylinder Dysons at the moment?

    Hi fleety,

I had this serviced about 2-3 years ago and I have to admit it's pretty good what you get for your money! I decided to go with a new one in the end though as I now have cats and the dyson I've got isn't very good for picking up hair. I've gone for an LG and I have to say I'm really impressed. It was £129.99 reduced from £179.99 in Currys, its 2000W and has 300W of suction power - more than any of the Dysons, plus it was a lot cheaper!

Mark - my friend has one of those Dysons on a ball, it is quite light (especially compared to the larger upright Dysons!) and she really loves it - she has a cat and a dog as well so it must be ok for pet hair (sorry for raving about the pet hair, I just think if a vacuum can do a good job on hair then it's brill in my book!)
