PT Self Employed - is it possible?

Hi all,
Yes, I did only visit the Court to be declared BR this morning but just wanted to ask a quick question.
Would I be able to do p/t self employment such as Body Shop/Partylite/Phoenix Trader before I am discharged from BR? Is it allowed? I know I'm not allowed to be a director of a company or set a company up but this would be seen as a sole trader would it not?
Ok, I'll stop with the questions now!!
