Pixmania Returns!

Help!
I received a 19" tft from Pixmania 3 weeks back. The box had a massive hole in it the size of a melon, right through the polystyrene and the screen was showing. Hence, I phoned Pixmania and said I was rejecting the item. They contacted the courier who came to pick it up.
Anyway, this was just over 14 days ago. I've made numerous phone calls, only for them to say it's still not on their system. And today they've now told me it takes a month (!) for returns to go through the system.
Personally I think this is ridiculous considering it took 3 days to get back to them. Is there anything I can do to get my £260 back more quickly, or do I have to sit tight for another 2 weeks while they accumulate interest on my hard earned cash? What's the best way of going about kicking up a fuss?

Oh yeah I can understand that, but 27-28 days to process something sitting in their warehouse is a joke. I just want a monitor, I've asked for them to send out either another one, or to refund the money, whichever is quickest.
With regards to the credit card company, yeah that's definitely a measure but only likely if they haven't paid back after 1 month."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0 -
Yeah i know m8 totaly understand next time use a reputable company with good feedback, good luck0

I expect thats a cover up just because cheques go out evry 28days so they can
accrue more interest and thats all, just like in business my brother does a job
and wants money he has to wait 28days just like all the other painters and decorators.
All they are doing is being a trade business but advertising like a retail outlet
and thats the most annoying misleading part of the whole scam, f**k Pixmanic.0 -
Pixmania is easily one of the worst product i've ever used. I received a DVD player a long time ago which had its warranty sticker label broken...realised too late...and shortly thereafter it died. Customer service wasn't exactly very friendly either.
I've vowed never to use them again.0 -
...can we move this to the 'vent' board please!0
