I have recived a letter today from my old dmp firm which i recently left to go with a none fee paying firm.
In the letter it thanks me for completing the plan and also states that they have confirmed with my creditors that my outstanding debts have been cleared via them.
The lines as you have now paid your creditors off in full are in the letter also.
Is there anything i can do to get them to pay up the remaining ballance on my creditors due to this letter.
Just wondered if i am legally intitled to ask them to pay because they have sent me a letter stating they have confirmed and paid ballances off in full...when infact they have not.
Any advice please...long shot i know but knew someone on here would know
