Please Help Me!

Hi all,

im in need of some advice. i took out a trust deed 6 months ago, i had to open a new bank account which had an overdraft included (this was before my trust deed was signed) i did not request it it was just there. anyway, the last couple of months have been hard and i had to spend money on the dentist, my car failed its MOT and needed work done and the cost of living has soared so much that even fuelling my 900cc car has become a strain. this meant dipping into the overdraft. but i have managed to make all my payments to my trust deed. i have a review now and im overdrawn, what do i do? will i get into trouble? im so worried, can someone please advise me

thanks

Dont worry too much about the overdraft.
You need to draw up a i & E that is realistic for your review ie include a monthly amount for health costs, car expenses ect.
Hope you can get it sorted out.

But there is a part that says i have to declare the amount in my account, its minus just now, will they accept that? or do i just declare zero balance? i read somewhere that says you are not allowed an overdraft in a trust deed.
